3.4 Communications Data

We retain records of review requests sent via our platform, including email delivery status, SMS delivery receipts, and customer responses (star ratings and feedback text).

5.1 Twilio (SMS)

We use Twilio, Inc. to send SMS review request messages. When you use SMS features, your customers' phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio for message delivery. 5.2 Resend (Email)

5.3 Stripe (Payments)

We use Stripe, Inc. to process payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5.4 Google

Our Service integrates with Google Reviews. When users click your review link, they are redirected to Google's platform. Google's privacy policy governs their data practices.

6. SMS Messaging and Opt-Out

If you use our SMS feature to send review requests:
